MVE CryoSystem Series

The MVE CryoSystem series combines low nitrogen consumption with medium vial capacity to meet the diverse requirements of modern laboratories worldwide. Thanks to their low weight and space-saving design, these nitrogen Dewar flasks are among the most economical in their class. Thanks to their excellent balance between space-saving, capacity and user-friendliness, the aluminum containers meet the highest requirements in research, clinical and biotechnology applications. Our CryoSystem dewars are available in various sizes: With a capacity of 45 liters (including inventory), you can cryogenically cool up to 750 ampoules. The vessels with a capacity of 150 liters can hold up to 6,000 ampoules.

MVE CryoSystem 6000 Full Auto

The CryoSystem 6000 Full Auto model combines the compact efficiency of an aluminum dewar with the automated functions of the TEC3000 control system. This continuously monitors the temperature and LN₂ fill level, controls automatic refilling and provides audible and visual alarms with remote access. Automatic filling not only increases safety, but also ensures a stable temperature profile. The CryoSystem 6000 Full Auto offers the safety and convenience of large-volume stainless steel freezers - but at a fraction of the cost. There is space for up to 6,000 ampoules in two racks. MVE Lab Series

These liquid dewars were given the name Lab-Series due to their worldwide popularity in laboratories and medical facilities. They offer a particularly efficient and economical solution for storing and dispensing liquid nitrogen. The ergonomic lid is made of a durable composite material. A high-strength neck tube in combination with a chemical vacuum retention system increases the tightness of the Dewar flask so that the liquid nitrogen lasts even longer. Thanks to their excellent insulation and versatile features, they are easy to handle. The features at a glance:

MVE XC Series

The MVE XC series Dewar flasks for nitrogen offer capacities from 700 to 5,000 straws and 210 to over 1,000 vials. Manufactured to the highest quality standards and backed by an industry-leading 5-year vacuum guarantee, these lightweight and robust LN₂ containers perform under the most demanding conditions. Depending on the model, the neck diameter and canister dimensions vary in order to optimally adapt the storage capacity, inventory system or holding time to the respective requirements. A tamper-proof hinged lid with locking tab protects the valuable contents. The platform with spider design facilitates sampling.

MVE SC Series

The SC Series tanks offer standardized storage capacity with varying holding times depending on the model. All tanks have a 55 mm (2.18 inch) neck opening, which serves as a reference dimension for canister size and storage capacity. The SC 20/20 Signature model is based on the proven industry standard and has been further developed into the world's most efficient cryogenic Dewar flask for liquid nitrogen - equipped with "Bend Don't Break" technology for particularly high resistance. The SC 3/3 is suitable for small sample quantities with its LN₂ capacity of around 3 liters and an empty weight of around 3 kg, the aluminum dewar holds up to 440 tubes.
