Security
The safety of our customers when handling liquid nitrogen is particularly important to us. We therefore attach great importance to ensuring that our liquid nitrogen containers are installed and used exclusively by trained personnel. As nitrogen is a colorless and odorless gas that spreads rapidly when it is released from its liquid state, escaping vaporized nitrogen can reduce the oxygen content of the air in enclosed spaces and thus pose a serious risk of suffocation. For this reason, we strongly recommend adequate ventilation of all rooms in which liquid nitrogen containers are operated. For personal protection, we generally recommend theuse of suitable protective equipment such as cryogenic gloves, safety goggles and closed, cold-resistant clothing to prevent injuries caused by extreme cold or the embrittlement of materials.
Consulting, transportation and maintenance
It is equally important to us that our customers choose the right pressure and withdrawal system for their particular application. The containers for liquid nitrogen are equipped with various systems that enable the safe and controlled withdrawal of liquid or gaseous nitrogen. We will be happy to advise you personally on the right solution for your requirements.
We recommend regularly checking valves, connections and the lid in order to detect and prevent icing, leaks or uncontrolled gas leaks at an early stage. Safety also comes first during transportation: We only deliver the containers upright, secured against tipping over and only in approved systems designed for this purpose. We are committed to consistent compliance with appropriate safety measures and offer our customers accessories and protective clothing as well as regular maintenance of dewars and cryogenic tanks.
In an emergency, we will be on site within 48 hours, in special cases even within 24 hours! - So that liquid nitrogen can be used reliably, efficiently and safely in industry, research and medical facilities.
Naturally, we and our products are certified according to the following guidelines:
- European Medical Device Regulation (MDR) ISO 13485
- European quality management requirements ISO 9001
